Once you create a return via App / Desktop as per the returns policy, TIA will ensure a quick, easy, and seamless returns experience for you. Our delivery agents may perform a simple quality check at your doorstep and upon acceptance of the return; your refund will be initiated immediately once the product reaches our warehouse.

Once we receive the original item, we will do a quality check within 2 days and initiate a refund. For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to the card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 15 business days to credit this amount. For cash on delivery orders, it will be credited to your bank account through an NEFT transfer within 2 hours.

Go to My Orders and tap on the order you wish to cancel. Click on the CANCEL button.(Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been shipped or out for delivery or beyond 1 hour after Placing of the Order, whichever is earlier ).

You can check the status of your order by clicking "Track Order" in the My Order section in your Profile.
